Comfy bed, favourable location, friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Fortunately, free WiFi was available. If we return to Brighton we would stay here again.

thoroughly enjoyed great location and rooms of the hotel. the bed was good sized and comfortable. a wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like donatello that was only 5 minutes' walk away. it was worth its 3 stars.
